Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on August 15, 2022 found that Better Home Care LLC had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies - Emergency Preparedness. The deficiency was cited as a result of a recertification survey completed on June 23, 2022.

The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-certification survey completed on June 23, 2022.
